A high-volume, single-surgeon private oral surgery practice is adding a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OMS. Step into a full caseload on day one, backed by a loyal referral base, modern systems, and a seasoned clinical team—without corporate headaches.

Compensation & Benefits
- $500,000 base or 35% of adjusted production (whichever is higher)
