A premier oral surgery group in Sumter, South Carolina, is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join their highly respected, full-scope private practice. This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving, single-surgeon environment supported by a steady referral network, loyal patient base, and a dedicated team of professionals.

- Full-scope oral surgery practice offering extractions, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, and more

- Practice operates with Carestream software for streamlined efficiency
- Fully staffed support team, including a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $500,000 or 35% of adjusted production — whichever is greater
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage

Candidate Requirements:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
