Oral Surgeon / Indianapolis / Full Autonomy
My client is looking for a surgeon for a recently purchased private practice. This will be a single doctor location, and you will have full autonomy. There is already staff there, but you can have a say in new staff. There is an established Office Manager, ready for surgeon transition. Pay is done in a hybrid W2/1099 model. 1M+ in earning potential within the first year. There is also a buy-in option.
Practice Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Wednesday/Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Practice Details:
- 5 Ops.
- Established referrals and patients.
- Fully staffed, Established Office Manager ready for surgeon transition.
- Will be remarketing and putting in all new equipment.
- Opening CE program in the building.
Financials:
- 450K Base Salary (W2) (Salary Negotiable)
- Plus 35% Collections (Salary Negotiable), once hit 1.5M in production (Collections paid 1099 – Hybrid Model)
- 1M+ in earning potential within the first year.
- 25K Sign-On Bonus
- Up to 25K Relocation Reimbursement
