Oral Surgeon Opportunity – Montana | Partnership Track
Montana Oral Surgery is a thriving, multi-doctor practice with four locations across Helena, Great Falls, Bozeman, and Butte. With strong leadership, modern systems, and a robust referral base, this is an exceptional opportunity for an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to step into immediate production and long-term ownership potential.
The Practice
- Established, multi-location OMS group
- Supported by experienced office managers, surgical leads, and centralized scheduling & marketing
- Monday–Friday schedule (some early Fridays)
- Consistent patient flow across PPO & Medicaid
Scope of Practice
- Full-scope OMS
- Extractions, implants, minor pathology
- IV sedation & local anesthesia (no anesthesiologist)
Compensation & Benefits
- Year 1: $350,000 base + % of collections
- Health, dental & vision insurance
- 401(k) with employer match
- Malpractice coverage ($2M / $6M)
- Relocation bonus up to $10,000
Partnership Track
- Ownership consideration after 2–3 years
- Buy-in structured at that time
