Compensation & Benefits Overview:

Tiered Collections-Based Compensation Model: Providers are compensated based on a generous collections model with unlimited potential. The more you produce, the more you earn.

Guaranteed Base Salary in Year One: To provide stability while building your practice, you’ll receive a monthly minimum of $33,333—or your collections-based earnings—whichever is higher.

Student Loan Assistance: $2,000 per month provided during your first year to help offset student loan payments.

Relocation Support: Negotiable relocation assistance available.

Continuing Education Support: $2,500 annual CE allowance for coursework, travel, and professional development.
