Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $350,000 annually (W-2 structure)
- Collections-Based Bonus: 35% of collections beyond $1.5M production (paid on 1099 for tax flexibility)
- Generous Performance Bonus: Substantial earnings potential through collections-based incentives once threshold is met
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full health insurance package including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) with 4% company match, Employer-paid malpractice insurance
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000 with reimbursement

Qualifications
- Degree: DDS/DMD with OMFS residency completion
- Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Licensure: Eligible for licensure in the state of South Carolina
- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced surgeons
