Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation, Competitive Salary, Compensation, Financial Package: Base Salary: $350,000 annually (W-2 structure)
• Collections-Based Bonus: 35% of collections beyond $1.5M production (paid on 1099 for tax flexibility)

Qualifications:

Degree: DDS/DMD with OMFS residency completion

Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Licensure: Eligible for licensure in the state of South Carolina

Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced surgeons
