Oral Surgeon needed in YORK, PENNSYLVANIA
We are representing a highly respected and successful Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice located in south-central Pennsylvania, currently seeking a motivated and skilled Oral Surgeon to join their expanding clinical team. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Tiered Collections Model: Income is production-based, scaling with monthly collections. This incentivizes growth and rewards high performance.

Guaranteed First-Year Salary: $33,333/month minimum guarantee during the first year or the higher of collections-based pay.
