An established, surgeon-led Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery group in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking a highly skilled Oral Surgeon to join their growing team. This collaborative practice supports clinical autonomy while offering top-tier operational resources to help providers thrive both clinically and professionally. The position includes rotating between two modern office locations—Bryn Mawr and Swarthmore—both situated in desirable suburbs of Philadelphia.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Dental Implants

  • Wisdom Teeth Extractions

  • 3D Imaging

  • Cracked Teeth Management

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Tiered Collections Model: Monthly compensation is tied directly to production, offering significant earning potential. High reimbursements and steady referrals allow for accelerated financial growth.

  • First-Year Income Guarantee: A monthly minimum of $33,333 during the first year (or tiered collections—whichever is greater), ensuring financial security during onboarding and credentialing.

  • Student Loan Support: $2,000/month for the first year to assist with student loan repayment as you build your patient base.

  • Relocation Support: Flexible relocation package based on individual needs.
