Position Highlights:

• 2–4 days/week (flexible scheduling)

• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Daily patient volume: 22–24, a mix of consultations and operative care

• Focused surgical scope: Primarily bony impacted third molars under IV sedation

• In-house anesthesia protocols and trained surgical assistants

• High internal referral volume and pre-screened cases

• Patients are predominantly Medicaid, with recently renegotiated OMFS reimbursement rates now nearing traditional PPO fee levels

Compensation & Earnings Potential:

• Daily production averages: $7,200 – $8,100+

• Annual earning potential up to $980,000, depending on schedule and case volume
