Compensation & Benefits

• Tiered Collections Model: Compensation is structured on a competitive tiered collections model, allowing income growth as the practice expands. High reimbursement rates and strong collections support unmatched earning potential.

• Annual Guarantee for a Confident Start: During credentialing and onboarding, surgeons receive the security of a $33,333 monthly guarantee (or the collections model, whichever is greater) for the first year.

• Debt Assistance Program: To ease the transition into practice, new surgeons receive $2,000 per month for the first year toward student loan repayment.

• Relocation Assistance: Negotiable support available to ease relocation to Los Angeles.

• Commitment to Growth & Development: Surgeons benefit from a $2,500 annual CE allowance to support ongoing training, travel, and course fees.
