About the Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Tiered Collections Model: Compensation is based on monthly collections, allowing earning potential to grow directly with production. High collections and strong reimbursement rates set the stage for exceptional income.

• Annual Guarantee for a Confident Start: During credentialing and initial ramp-up, providers are secured with a $33,333 monthly guarantee—or the collections model, whichever is greater, for the first year. Beyond year one, compensation transitions fully to the collections model.

• Debt Assistance Program: To ease the transition into practice, the team provides $2,000 per month during the first year to offset student loan payments while the patient base builds.

• Relocation: Negotiable support is available for those moving into the area.

• Commitment to Growth & Development: A $2,500 annual CE allowance supports advanced training, travel, and course fees to ensure ongoing professional development.

• Comprehensive Benefits & Professional Support:
