We are seeking an experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for a 48-day locum tenens assignment in South Carolina. This opportunity begins on Jan 5, 2026, focusing exclusively on surgical implant procedures during scheduled procedure days, with shifts starting as early as 6:30am and concluding between 1pm and 3pm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency across the full spectrum of implant services, including extractions, bone preparation, and implant placement.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform full-service dental implant procedures including extraction, bone preparation, and implant placement
- Conduct surgical procedures only, managing an average of 2-4 arches per day
- Provide necessary post-procedure follow-up care for implant patients
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all surgical interventions
Additional Information
- Must hold active South Carolina dental licensure
- Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery required
- Conscious Sedation certification required
- Prior experience with comprehensive implant procedures is essential
