About the COMP & BENEFITS
Compensation Model: Tiered Collections
Compensation is based on a tiered collections structure, allowing earnings to increase as your production grows. This system is made possible by the practice’s strong reimbursement rates and consistently high collections.
Guaranteed Income for a Strong Start
During your first year—while credentialing, referral integration, and payor setup are underway—you’ll receive a monthly guarantee of $33,333, or the tiered collections amount, whichever is greater. After year one, compensation transitions fully to the collections model.
Debt Assistance Program
To support your financial transition, the practice provides $2,000 per month during the first year to help offset student loan payments while caseload ramps up.
Relocation
Relocation assistance is negotiable based on individual needs.
Commitment to Professional Growth
The practice emphasizes ongoing development and provides a $2,500 annual CE allowance to cover advanced clinical training, travel, and course fees.
