Compensation & Benefits
Tiered Collections-Based Compensation
Compensation is structured on a tiered collections model tied to monthly production, allowing earnings to scale directly with performance. This structure is supported by strong collections, efficient operations, and favorable reimbursement rates.

To ensure a confident and stable start, the practice provides a monthly guarantee of $33,333 or the tiered collections payout—whichever is greater—during the first year.
