Location: Appleton, Fond du Lac, Franklin & Miller Park Way, WI
Job Type: Full-Time (36+ hours/week)
Schedule: 4–5 days per week

Icon Dental is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS) for established Wisconsin practices with strong internal and external referral sources. Openings are due to retirement and practice transitions.

Requirements:

DDS or DMD from an accredited program

Completion of OMS residency

Active Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility)
