A well-established, multi-specialty dental group in Delaware is seeking a full-time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to support continued growth and strong internal referral volume. This opportunity offers immediate patient flow, a stable infrastructure, and a consistent pipeline of cases from day one—all within close proximity to Philadelphia, just 20 minutes away.
Position Highlights
- Immediate patient volume with an established internal referral network
- Compensation: greater of $500,000 base or 38–40% of collections
- Proven earning potential exceeding $1.5M annually
