Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Montana
A thriving, multi-doctor Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery group across four locations is looking for a new associate/ partner. They're looking for a surgeon ready to hit the ground running and eventually own a piece of what they've built.
The opportunity
Step into immediate production at an established, high-volume group with strong referrals, experienced support staff, and centralized scheduling. Full-scope OMS: extractions, implants, minor pathology, and IV sedation. Monday–Friday schedule.
Compensation
Base salary or % of collections in Year 1. Health, dental & vision. 401(k) with match. Relocation bonus up to $10K.
Partnership track
Ownership consideration after 2 years with a buy-in structured at that time. A real path to equity.
