Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon | Private Practice | North Carolina
A high-producing, privately owned oral surgery practice in North Carolina is seeking a full-time OMS to join an established practice. The patient base is built, the referral network is strong, and the schedule is full. You're walking into something, not building it.
The Facility
7 surgical suites. 3 private recovery bays. 4 consultation rooms. Technology includes a Yomi robotic system, iCat imaging, AI-driven speech dictation, 3D printing, and a dedicated sterilization area with a team that knows what they're doing.
Scope of Practice
Full-scope oral surgery with a heavy implant focus. Periodontist and part-time prosthodontist on staff.
Compensation
- Guaranteed Base or % of net collections: whichever is higher
- $1,000,000 production floor
- Negotiable based on experience
- W2 employment with full benefits
