Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon – $5,000/Day | Full-Time or 1–2 Weeks/Month | Princeton, WV 24740

A growing outpatient oral surgery practice in Princeton is seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to start as soon as credentialing is complete. The practice welcomes full-time weekly coverage or 1–2 weeks per month, with travel and lodging provided.

Clinical support includes one RN, four surgical assistants, an implant coordinator, a sterilization specialist, and a dedicated team member handling recovery.

The Role:

• Location: Princeton, WV 24740
• Schedule: Full-time weekly coverage or 1–2 weeks per month, Monday–Friday
• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m.–12 p.m.
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day; 100% outpatient
• Clinical Scope: Dental implant placement, extractions, biopsies, bone grafting, and orthognathic jaw surgery
• Tech Stack: WinOMS, with an upcoming transition to Sensei
• Preferred Skills: Strong outpatient surgical experience across the listed procedures
• Compensation: $5,000 per day plus comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage. Travel and lodging provided.

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Clear, active West Virginia license; board certification or board eligibility in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery; DEA registration; and current BLS certification
• Onboarding: Credentialing may take up to 90 days, with a start as soon as approved
• Practice Fit: A surgeon comfortable managing a varied outpatient caseload and collaborating with the clinical support team
