- Most surgeons are booked out for at least 3 months.

Financials and Benefits
- First year Compensation: $635k-(Base, Benefits + Bonus)
- Partnership Track: 1.5 to 2 years
- With 5 Full-time Partners, expected annual earnings are between $1.2 and $1.7 million
