Job Description

Position:
- Provider Type: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: 2-5 days each week
- Current Referring Offices: 5 General Dentistry, 1 Pediatric (Generating roughly $14m)
- Payor Mix: Mostly FFS
- Previous Practice Production: Solo doctor produced $5m+ in 2025, before referring practices were in place
Offering:
- Daily guarantee or % of collection, whichever is greater
- Opportunity for Ownership of location
- Health, Vision, Dental etc.. provided by employer
- Sing-on/Relocation potential
