Oral Surgeon Opportunity – Bryant, Arkansas
About the Position
We are seeking a full-time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join an established, well-supported specialty practice in Bryant, Arkansas, part of the growing Central Arkansas market near Little Rock.
This opportunity is backed by a provider-led, multi-specialty dental organization with more than 100 affiliated practices across the South and Southeast. The organization supports general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery while maintaining a strong emphasis on clinical autonomy. Doctors determine the appropriate treatment for their patients without mandated daily production numbers.
The organization provides centralized business and administrative infrastructure, including billing and collections, HR, marketing, accounting, finance, IT, facilities, and other operational support, allowing providers to spend more of their time focused on patient care.
Practice Details
- Location: Bryant, Arkansas – Central Arkansas / Little Rock metro
- Schedule: Full-time, 4–5 days per week
- Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Established Patient Base & Referral Network: Opportunity to work within a large, multi-specialty dental network with general, pediatric, orthodontic, and surgical providers
- Complete Practice Support: Fully staffed and equipped, including CRNA, surgical technicians, dental assistants, front-office staff, and centralized support teams
- Clinical Focus: Third-molar extractions, dental implants, and other oral surgery procedures
- Modern Practice Environment: Established practices supported with modern technology and clinical resources
- Professional Autonomy: Providers maintain control over treatment decisions while benefiting from the resources of a larger organization

Qualifications
- Completion of a U.S.-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
- DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
- Active Arkansas dental license or ability to obtain one
- Active Federal DEA registration and applicable sedation permits, or ability to obtain
- Ability to perform third-molar extractions and dental implant placement
- Candidates requiring Arkansas licensing assistance and/or relocation are encouraged to apply

- Estimated earnings: Approximately $2,000–$2,500+ per working day, with potential to earn more based on performance and patient volume
