Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon | Jackson, MI
An established single-surgeon OMS practice in Jackson, MI, is seeking a surgeon to join ahead of a planned retirement transition and become the primary surgeon. The practice reports more than $2M in annual collections, supported by approximately 162 referring providers and strong word of mouth. New grads, board-eligible, and experienced surgeons are welcome.
- 100% clinical autonomy
- Bread and Butter Oral Surgery with room to add orthognathic, surgical TMJ
- Mentorship from the retiring surgeon
- Office-based, with no routine hospital call or required travel
- 3-4 day work week with flexible hours
- Long-tenured team, with a 20-year office manager and an 11-year surgical assistant
- Three surgical suites, i-CAT Flex CBCT, OMS Vision, and an adjacent suite available for expansion
Compensation & Benefits
- Year one: $400,000 base or monthly tiered collections model, whichever is greater
- After year one: tiered collections model with earnings potential exceeding $1M
- $24,000 student loan assistance ($2,000/month in year one)
- Equity opportunity: 25% match on first-year collections
- Concierge relocation, fully covered malpractice, $2,500 annual CE, four weeks of PTO
