OMS Associate - Partners making over $1.5M
Associate position moving into partnership. This is a well-established, growing practice with a strong reputation in the area. A low number of OMS in the area. No saturation and competition.

Schedule:
- 4-day work weeks
- Monday-Thursday 8a-5p. Friday 8a-4p.
- 10-12 surgeries and 10 consults per day on average
- Friday is surgery only, with no consults.
Practice Details:
- With a full scope of work from facial traumas to dental implants, bone augmentation, wisdom teeth removal, dental extractions, and everything in between, you will never be bored!
- 28 total staff including docs
- 10 assistants and 3 doctors.
- 350+ referring general dentists in 2020.
Financials:
- Practice generated 11M last year with 3 docs.
- Production of 37.5% or higher once the threshold is hit.
- $300,000 with flexibility for the right person.
- Full benefits, PTO, Malpractice covered by the practice, and 401K.
Location:
- Easy drive to the beach and the mountains.
- Quick 1-hour drive to Philadelphia and Baltimore, it's only 2 hours from New York City and Washington, DC
- Beautiful little all-American historical town with an amazing downtown area.
