My client, a successful and highly respected oral surgeon of more than 30 years in practice is recruiting an oral maxillofacial surgeon to join him. The incoming associate will be groomed and set up to ultimately takeover this well-established and very lucrative practice.

Practice Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 7-3. Friday 7-12
- Perform 6-8 cases every morning.
Practice Details:
- 2 operatories, 2 consult rooms, and a recovery room.
- Overflow room (extra operatory, if needed).
- Imagining room, Sterilization, and lab rooms.
Financials:
- $450,000 salary guarantee 1st year – 30% Production
- Additional compensation for taking call.
- PTO, Health Benefits, 401K, Malpractice Insurance, $5000 for CE
- Relocation up to $10,000 and a sign-on bonus.
Location:
- Affluent northern California college community - 120,000 population.
- 3,670 acres of parks & endless miles for hiking & biking.
- Snow skiing, sailing, waterskiing, kayaking & fishing.
