Practice Overview:
- Join a family-owned, Wisconsin based organization
- 800 team members across 14 locations
- Serving Eastern Wisconsin, From Green Bay to Milwaukee, and down to Kenosha
- “Complete care under one roof” - In house Pediatric Dentists and Orthodontists
- Training and mentoring encouraged – Great opportunity for experienced and new graduates
- Flexible schedule
- Focus location is Appleton, though may have additional options available
Compensation and Benefits:
- 350K salary, commensurate of experience
- 30 percent of Net – 400K – 500K realistic potential
- Up to 75K “retention” bonus, payable over 5 years (paid years’ 3 and on)
- PTO: 3 weeks
- Sick leave: 5 days
- 7 National Holidays
- CE Allowance: 2,500
- 401K with 50 percent ER match after 2 years (up to 6 percent)
- Relocation assistance: 2,500
