Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontist for a 7-day locum tenens assignment in Ohio, starting Dec 19, 2025. This opportunity involves working one Saturday a month as the sole orthodontist, with hours ranging from 7am to 5pm. The role focuses on providing continuity of care for ongoing Invisalign and orthodontic cases while initiating new patient cases in a state-of-the-art facility on a military base.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Serve as the sole orthodontist during assigned shifts
  • Provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including management of Invisalign and other ongoing cases
  • Perform new patient evaluations and establish new orthodontic treatment plans
  • Ensure continuity of care for existing patients
  • Utilize all available modern orthodontic tools and request additional equipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
  • Collaborate with support staff to deliver high-quality patient care

Additional Information
  • Must be board certified or board eligible in Orthodontics
  • Active Ohio dental license required
  • Invisalign certification required
  • Experience with United Concordia insurance preferred
