Schedule:
Mondays and Thursdays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Team Support
The client has a strong support structure available with experienced assistants and tenured site managers to help the Orthodontist be successful while on assignment.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS from accredited dental schoolplus Orthodontist Certification
- Active, unrestricted state dental license or in the process of obtaining a license upon graduation
- Credentialing required: CPR/BLS certification, DEA certification, and NPI number
