Full-Time Orthodontist

An established multi-specialty dental organization in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Orthodontist to join a busy, well-supported practice with an existing orthodontic patient base.

This is an opportunity to step into an established program rather than build a practice from the ground up. The orthodontic department currently maintains approximately 450 active patients, including both clear-aligner and traditional orthodontic cases. The practice is designed around an efficient, assistant-supported clinical model that allows the orthodontist to focus on diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical oversight, and patient care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time orthodontist opportunity with flexible 4- or 5-day scheduling
• Established orthodontic patient base with a strong internal referral network
• Treat both pediatric and adult patients across traditional orthodontics and clear aligner therapy
• Comprehensive, multispecialty dental facility with 4–6 orthodontic chairs and strong assistant support
• Modern technology including iTero scanning, iCAT imaging, digital X-rays, panoramic imaging, intraoral cameras, and Dolphin software
• Efficient, assistant-supported clinical model with established administrative and laboratory resources
• 12-month structured mentorship program available for new graduates
• Experienced clinical leaders and peer resources available for ongoing collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

• The orthodontist position offers a competitive initial guarantee followed by an incentive-based compensation structure.
• $375,000+ compensation with $600,000+ documented earning potential
• Initial 6–12 month compensation guarantee, followed by production-based incentives
• Up to $30,000 sign-on/retention bonus

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
• Eligible for or currently holding a Wisconsin dental license
• Both new graduates and experienced orthodontists are encouraged to apply
  • The organization provides a structured 12-month mentorship program with compensated mentors, milestone check-ins, and case reviews. Experienced orthodontists who do not require formal mentorship can access experienced clinical leaders and peer resources for ongoing collaboration.
