Pediatric Dentist Opportunity – Hood River & The Dalles, Oregon
Join a thriving, family-oriented pediatric dental practice with locations in Hood River and The Dalles, OR. This practice offers a four-day work week, a supportive, tenured team, and a fun, community-focused atmosphere.
Practice Highlights:
- 100% Comprehensive Pediatric Dentistry, including interceptive ortho and Invisalign
- 45–70 patients/day across two modern clinics
- 7 chairs (The Dalles) / 6 chairs (Hood River) including GA & nitrous ops
- Digital X-rays, iTero scanners, onsite lab, Solea Laser, in-office GA
- Experienced staff with expanded functions certification
- Mentorship from a doctor with 30+ years’ experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- $1,200/day base or 30–35% net collections (DOE)
- $35,000 Sign-on/Relocation Bonus
- Full benefits + 401k with 4% match
- 20 PTO days + 5 CME days + national holidays
- CME reimbursement up to $2,500
