• 7 treatment suites (2 closed ops + 5 hygiene/ortho chairs)

• Highly trained support staff, including Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs) who maximize efficiency and flow

Schedule

• 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri)
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• One-hour lunch. Every day. No “working through it.”

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,200/day guarantee or 30–35% of net collections
• $35,000 sign-on / relocation package
• Full health benefits
• 20 PTO days + 5 CME days + national holidays
• CME allowance up to $2,500
• 401(k) with 4% employer match
• Paid malpractice insurance
