NEED: Looking for 1 associate with partnership aspirations.
PARAMETERS – Must have some vision of growth, be excited, and be pediatric dentistry trained.
PRACTICE:
- 6 chairs.
- Hospital privileges are optional.
- Sedation is up to the doctor’s ability.

FINANCIAL:
- 6-12 months with a per diem of $1800 or 38% adjusted production then partnership.
- Complete benefit details will be discussed on an initial phone call.
STAFFING:
- 5 back office staff per site
- 2 front office staff
- Office Manager
