Seeking a highly motivated Pediatric Dentist to join our team in our Savannah, GA area office. Our practice is expanding, and we have a position for a highly motivated Pediatric Dentist. We are a privately owned dental practice with multiple locations. There is a well-established client base and an active marketing program to gain new patients. If you are seeking a long-term home, we have an exceptional opportunity for you.
We offer an extremely competitive compensation package which includes:
- Guaranteed base of $325K for the first year, or 40% of production, whichever is greater (high potential)
- Qualified for a pathway for partnership immediately, all new dentist eligible to invest in the company immediately as a Class A shareholder
- Established patient base - this site sees roughly 100+ new patients a month
