Requirements

Qualifications We Are Seeking:

• 1+ years of previous experience working as a Pediatric Dentist (preferred)
• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Pediatric Dental Residency Program (preferred)
• Active Oregon State Dental License or eligibility to obtain
• Nitrous Oxide Certification – Sedation Certified
• Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
