We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist or Associate Dentist limited to pediatrics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pediatric dentistry and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to children of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, including preventative, restorative, and orthodontic treatments.
  2. Conduct thorough dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
  3. Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of dental care from an early age.
  4. Perform dental procedures in a gentle and reassuring manner to ensure a positive experience for young patients.
  5. Collaborate with other dental team members to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination.
  6. Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  7. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans and procedures.
  8. Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

  1. DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
  2. Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program or equivalent training.
  3. Active state dental license in good standing.
  4. Board certification or eligibility in pediatric dentistry preferred.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
  6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dental care.
  7. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
