Pediatric Dentist
Greater Greenville, SC area
Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance Flexible full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm with 3 half-day Fridays per month. Open to 4-day workweek for high-producing providers.
- Desirable Practice Setting, Ideal Work Environment: Busy, well-established pediatric dental office supported by Oak Dental Partners, a growing DSO with locations nationwide. Office includes an assistant per column and an expanded-function dental hygienist.
- Favorable Call Schedule: No weekend or after-hours call responsibilities.
- Culture & Support, Support & Networking: Collaborative, team-oriented environment with clinical autonomy and operational support from an experienced DSO.
- Partnership Opportunities, Leadership Opportunities, Professional Growth Opportunities: Ownership opportunities available at the facility level, with long-term growth potential through Oak Dental Partners’ expanding network.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation, Financial Package: Potential to earn up to $350,000 with the current patient base and low local competition.
- Generous Bonus, Additional Bonus Incentives: Negotiable pay model with daily guarantee and/or percentage of adjusted production or collections. Choose from 25% of total production or a higher percentage, excluding hygiene.
- Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus: Sign-on bonus up to $25,000 and retention bonus up to $100,000, both negotiable based on experience and contract terms.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Employer-paid malpractice insurance, medical insurance covered by the provider, with optional dental and vision benefits.

- Professional Development: Clinical autonomy with the support of a national dental service organization.

Qualifications:
Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Certifications: Pediatric Dentistry specialty training preferred but not required
Licensure: Eligible for dental licensure in the state of practice.
Skillset: Strong clinical skills with a passion for working with children and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
Experience: Open to new grads and experienced providers. High-production experience a plus.
Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
