About the Position:
We are seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving practice in Garden City, NY. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of clinical experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality pediatric dental care.

Practice Overview:

Providers: 2 Doctors, 3 Hygienists
Operatories: 12 chairs
Schedule: 2 Saturdays per month with options to grow
Insurance: PPO
Technology: Fully digital practice equipped with advanced technology, including multiple milling units, CEREC, Cone Beam, and iTero scanners
In-house specialties: Oral Surgery and General Anesthesia
Active patient base: 3,250 patients

Qualifications:

DDS/DMD degree required
Completion of a GPR or AEGD program preferred
Must hold an active New York dental license in good standing

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly rate: $200 – $300, based on experience and production
Compensation structure: Strong minimum guarantee with a percentage of collections
