Montgomery, AL Metro Area
Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM) with opportunity to expand to Fridays to meet growing patient demand

- Favorable Call Schedule: Minimal call; patients requiring urgent care can be treated at the hospital. Call process to be formalized as current covering doctor plans to retire
- Culture & Support: Highly experienced clinical and administrative staff (13–14 team members including 4–5 hygienists and 4–5 assistants)
- Professional Growth Opportunities: Track to partnership (up to 10% buy-in, capped at 2x investment); mentorship available from long-standing and successful practice leaders
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation:
- $1,300/day guarantee
- 40% on exams/restorative
- 10% on X-rays or
- 25% of overall collections
- Potential to earn $1,500/day at $6,500 in daily production
- Bonus Incentives:
- Sign-on bonus of $20K–$25K
- Retention bonus of $50K paid after 5 years

About the Practice
- Practice acquired in 2017 from a single-doctor provider doing $1.5M/year
- Relocated to a higher-visibility location
- Now two pediatric dentists producing $2.8M/year
- Patient volume exceeds capacity — currently turning away new patients
- Opportunity exists due to retirement planning of a long-standing, high-producing doctor
- 50% Medicaid / 50% FFS & PPO (Medicaid reimbursement is better than in GA and FL)
Qualifications:
- Degree: DDS or DMD
- Certifications: Pediatric Dentistry Board Certified or Eligible
- Licensure: Eligible for licensure in Alabama
- Experience: Open to experienced or early-career candidates
- Skillset: Strong interpersonal and pediatric clinical skills; ability to manage high-volume caseload
