Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation:
  • $1,300/day guarantee
  • 40% on exams/restorative
  • 10% on X-rays or
  • 25% of overall collections
  • Potential to earn $1,500/day at $6,500 in daily production
• Bonus Incentives:
  • Sign-on bonus of $20K–$25K
  • Retention bonus of $50K paid after 5 years

• Patient volume exceeds capacity — currently turning away new patients
• Opportunity exists due to retirement planning of a long-standing, high-producing doctor
• 50% Medicaid / 50% FFS & PPO (Medicaid reimbursement is better than in GA and FL)

Qualifications:

• Degree: DDS or DMD
• Certifications: Pediatric Dentistry Board Certified or Eligible
• Licensure: Eligible for licensure in Alabama
• Experience: Open to experienced or early-career candidates
• Skillset: Strong interpersonal and pediatric clinical skills; ability to manage high-volume caseload
