Preferred Schedule: 7a-5p Clinic | Night Call (5p-7a) | 24hr weekend call | FT & PT
Worksite Setting: Hospital | Surgery Center
Scope of Work: Dental hygiene cleaning, cavities, crowns, fillings, root canals, dentures, extractions, full-mouth restorations *typically multiple crowns
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license | Will accept active IMLC w/LOQ in hand | Board Certified; Residency Trained Only | Active ACLS cert | Active PALS | Sedation & Surgical License | Trauma experience | Min of 1yr experience
