Job Description
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start Date: June 30th-Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8a-5p w/ 1 hour lunch
- Avg Patients/day:
- High Volume Medicaid Pediatric Practice
- Ages: 100% peds
- Cases: stainless steel crowns, fillings, pulpotomies, simple extractions…some space maintainers (not required)
- EMR: Dentrix
- Credentialing: 1 week
- Travel and lodging for eligible candidates
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Active OH License
- Medicaid enrolled
