Job Description

Seeking dentist who enjoys working with pediatric patients:

• Reason for coverage: Medical Leave and a Gap

• Age range of patients: All Peds

• Number of Patients per provider/ shift: 25


• Dates/Times of Coverage: There are 2 Needs Here - 4-5 days a week.


- Starting ASAP for 6 weeks (Covering their Doc Emergency Medical Leave)

- Starting June 30th - Aug. 8th (Covering for our Doc who needs the month off)


o Clinic Hours: Are below.

- Monday 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM

- Tuesday 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM

- Wednesday 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM

- Thursday 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM

- Friday 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM


• What Procedures are required for this position: B&B Peds Dent. - fillings, crowns, pulpotomies, pulpectomies, hygiene checks


Requirements:

• Medicaid/Medicare patients accepted: Yes

o Provider required to have Medicaid number: Yes

• Any CPR/ additional certifications required: Yes

• COVID vaccination required: no


Medical Malpractice is included.
