Compensation: $250,000 – $532,000 Annually | Daily Guarantee + Up to 34% Production | Sign-On & Relocation Negotiable

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will provide exceptional dental care to children and adolescents, focusing on prevention, education, and individualized treatment plans. You will help create positive dental experiences that support long-term oral health for our young patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine exams, cleanings, and restorative procedures
- Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient
- Educate children and caregivers on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Address patients’ dental concerns with empathy and patience
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists for seamless care
- Maintain a clean, safe operatory and adhere to infection control protocols
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry through ongoing education
- Mentor and support dental team members to maintain high standards of care
Qualifications:
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Louisiana
- Experience and training in providing conscious sedation
- Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills with children and families
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
