Pediatric Dentist needed in Brandon, FL

About the Position:

A thriving pediatric dental practice in Brandon, Florida is actively seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join their dynamic and family-focused team. While the ideal candidate is residency-trained in Pediatric Dentistry, the practice is also open to General Dentists with significant pediatric experience, provided they fully understand that this is a pediatrics-only role focused exclusively on children and adolescents.

This established, high-volume office is part of a larger, doctor-led dental partnership network that supports providers with the operational and administrative infrastructure needed to focus on patient care. What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and treat oral health issues in children and adolescents

• Develop and present customized treatment plans for each patient

• Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures

• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws

• Educate families on oral hygiene and preventive care

• Interpret diagnostic tests and dental radiographs

• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold clinical standards

• Stay current on the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school

• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency OR extensive pediatric experience

• Active Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)

• Passion for treating children and a friendly, engaging chairside manner

• Strong communication skills with patients, parents, and team members

• Commitment to ethical, high-quality care in a team-oriented setting
