Practice Overview:
We are proud to serve a diverse community, treating children from birth through adolescence, including patients with special needs and complex cases. Our practice is built around access, quality, and compassion—where patient relationships come first, and our team works collaboratively to make dental care a positive experience for every child.
Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed Base + 34–36% of net production

Annual earnings potential: $300K–$400K+

Malpractice, CE stipend, licensing & dues covered

Position Highlights:
-
4–4.5 Days/Week (Mon–Thurs: 7:45a–5p | Fri: 7:45a–1p)

See 20–40 pediatric patients/day
-
In-house anesthesia team available
-
Comprehensive support team: hygienists, EDDA assistants, admin

Surgical and sedation cases, OR privileges available
-
Preventive, restorative, and interceptive ortho (in collaboration with ortho team)
Requirements:

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist
