Practice Overview:
Join a thriving, well-established family-owned pediatric dental group just outside of Greenville, SC, founded in 2010. We were the first pediatric specialty practice in the region and now operating across three locations with 5 dentists and a collaborative team culture. We serve over 55,000 patient visits per year and provide full-scope pediatric and orthodontic care.
Position Highlights:

4–4.5 Days/Week (Mon–Thurs: 7:45a–5p | Fri: 7:45a–1p)

See 30–40 pediatric patients/day

In-house anesthesia team available

Comprehensive support team: hygienists, EDDA assistants, admin

Surgical and sedation cases, OR privileges available

Preventive, restorative, and interceptive ortho (in collaboration with ortho team)
Requirements:

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist

New grads welcome! Mentorship and support provided

Passion for pediatric care and collaborative team environment
Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed Base + 34–36% of net production

Annual earnings potential: $300K–$400K+
