Job Description
Elite365 is currently seeking a General Dentist for locums coverage in Tulsa, OK!
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start: ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8:30a-5:30p
- Cases: extractions, space maintainers, filings, crowns,
- Patient mix: 100% pediatric
- Avg. pts per day: 25-35
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Actice OK license
- Medicaid enrollment required (can assist with enrollment if needed)
