Job Description
Elite365 is currently seeking Pediatric or General Dentists for locums coverage in Colorado Springs, CO starting ASAP!
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start date: May 19th – Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Patient Ages: 100% Pediatrics
- Call requirement - None
- Required procedures – Extractions, Space maintainers, fillings, crowns
- Credentialing timeframe – 2-4 weeks if candidate is enrolled in Medicaid
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Active CO license
- Medicaid enrollment required (we can enroll the provider if needed
