Job Description

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

  • Start date: ASAP – Ongoing
  • Location: South of Denver
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Patient Ages: 100% Pediatrics
  • Call requirement - None
  • Required procedures – Extractions, Space maintainers, fillings, crowns
  • Credentialing timeframe – 2-4 weeks if candidate is enrolled in Medicaid
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Active CO license
  • Medicaid enrollment required (we can enroll the provider if needed
