A thriving dental practice in Midland, Texas is seeking a Pediatric Dentist (or a General Dentist with pediatric experience) to join its growing team. This position offers a flexible schedule, a strong support staff, and the potential for a long-term partnership in a high-volume, well-established practice.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–12:30 PM (flexible)
• Setting: 100% outpatient
• Daily Patient Volume: 50–70 patients per day
• Procedures: All pediatric dental procedures (preventive, restorative, and surgical)
• Support Team: 7 experienced dental assistants per doctor (no hygienists)
• Software: Denticon
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1–2 weeks

Requirements

• Active Texas Dental License
• CPR and BLS Certification
• Medicaid credentialing required
• Strong communication skills and a passion for pediatric patient care
